Hello, world!

Editor of Emmen Gaming here! I’m happy to be addressing all of you through an actual write-up for once, instead of a short caption and comments below a post.

First of all, happy new year! After a grueling 2020, we at Emmen Gaming wish that this coming year is a triumphant return to form for you all. That being said, there are a few things to talk about regarding Emmen Gaming in the new year. 

The main thing I want to talk about is the fact that we have a website now! And if you’re reading this, you’re (probably) on it! Thank you for checking out our website!

Up until now, we have been reposting gaming news written by others. We were less news media and more content aggregator. Our original content was limited to reviews, our podcast Checkpoint Coffee (available on Facebook, YouTube, and Anchor), and our engagement posts. 

This was not to our liking, so we are now taking a step forward to change it. From now on, when we cover news and we link you to something by saying “Read More”, you can see the rest of it on our website! We will no longer be linking directly to other publications (unless they are sources).

We made this decision because we wanted to take Emmen Gaming to the next level. We wanted to be newsmakers, instead of simply news regurgitators.

We hope that you (as our beloved audience) will support this endeavor by continuing to check out our website and seeing what we have to offer.
