A US law firm, Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP, has filed a class action lawsuit against Sony over analogue drift issues in the DualSense controller.

This law firm has previously filed a similar complaint against Nintendo over their joy-con drift issues. CSK&D has set up a questionnaire asking users to report instances of drift on the website.

Recently there have been several reported instances of the DualSense controller moving the characters or input on the screen without user command or manual input.
