Genshin Impact is getting a pretty hefty new update this month.
The update, which is scheduled for March 17, will be the start of a new scheduled event known as the Windblume Festival.
This event is stated to bring a brand new character, new mini-games, the chance to date some of the characters, and various quality of life fixes.
After the update is live, players who have reached level 20 and have completed the “Song of the Dragon and Freedom” quest will be invited to the Windblume Festival.
You can take Barbara, Noelle, Bennett, and Chongyun out on dates during the festival and there are different endings based on what you do.
The new minigames include Bullseye Balloons, Floral Freefall, and Ballads of Breeze. They can be played single player or co-op and will have 4 difficulty levels.
The new character being added is called Rosaria “Thorny Benevolence”. She is a 4-star character who seems to deal Cryo damage. Finally, players can now hold up to 5 Condensed Resin in their inventory. They can also lower the world level in single player and co-op.
