New Cyberpunk 2077 Update Introduces New Bugs

Cyberpunk 2077 released its Patch 1.2 recently and while it fixed some bugs, it caused several more.

Despite our sarcastic tone, overall fan reaction seems to be positive. The update improved on optimization on PS5 and Xbox Series X. It also fixed some of the known bugs such as typos in the text, bugs involving police spawns, and cars stuck in traffic.

Out of the new bugs that were caused, one of the most notable and hilarious ones is a weather glitch that gave some players a permanent sandstorm.

Users also reported vehicles behaving erratically. However, this might be due to the various updates made to the game reacting with each other in unexpected ways.

The Cyberpunk 2077 subreddit is a goldmine for some of the funniest and strangest glitches that players were able to find.

The game released at the end of 2020 and was widely panned for the incomplete, near-unplayable state in which it was released, along with the fact that the developers at CD Projekt Red were made to work under crunch conditions for extended periods of time to make sure the game released on time.

It is also worth noting that the game was delayed multiple time before release.
