Hello there! Fellow Loopers! its now 3 weeks remaining in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2. Everyone is waiting to know what will happen next in Season 3. Here’s everything we know so far.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 is bringing in a lot of exciting stuff coming out of the multiverse and we’re here to tell you all. First of all Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 will end on 3rd June 2022. Epic Games has confirmed on the game’s official website and that Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 battle pass will end on that date, rounding off the current season of content and paving the way for what’s next.

However, we’re still waiting on Epic Games to make any official announcements regarding when exactly the new season will commence. Since Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 will end on 3rd June 2022 it is natural Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 will start on 4th June 2022, we believe. The gap between seasons is normally only a handful of hours, with some early morning server downtime often bridging the gap, although there have been exceptions to that rule in the past. When Epic Games confirms exactly what time the new season will start, we’ll be sure to update this page.

Everything that happened in Fortnite Season 2 so far…and Live Event?

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 has been out for seven weeks, and a lot has happened so far. The war between the Imagined Order and The Seven has transformed all major locations on the map to war zones.

Tilted Towers was destroyed with the latest update, and the ultimate showdown is yet to come. While veterans must be aware of the things that led to the war, new players might be confused about their duties as ‘Loopers’.

Chapter 3 Season 2 began with the Imagined Order’s arrival on the island. Dr. Slone has brought tanks, drillers, and airships to take over the map, and The Seven are using Armored Battle Buses and Choppas to counter them. The island was initially under the Imagined Order’s control, but The Seven has recovered a majority of locations by now. Flags of E.G.O. and S.H.A.D.O.W. were hoisted in these regions, but with the latest 20.30 update, they were replaced with The Seven’s flags. According to HYPEX that by the end of Chapter 3 Season 2, the IO will only control Command Covern and the rest of the map will be reclaimed by The Foundation and his team.

Despite the fact that we still have quite a bit to go, the season is slowly winding towards its eventual close. The IO have requested assistance from the stormtroopers… they have arrived with there Star Destroyer and posted checkpoints around the island.

The map is currently undergoing a war with the wave of IO guards. After fall of IO Blimps and the liberation of Tilted Towers from IO heads the last remaining strongholds of the IO are Command Cavern and The Fortress are yet to fall. However, Dr. Slone hasn’t given up just yet. Recently, Agent Jonesy revealed that the IO is working on a Doomsday device. The organization even has a Doomsday division and the first machine is already under production.

Agent Jonesy then requested Loopers to collect information regarding IO’s operations. Moreover, the Covert Ops quests ordered them to plant explosives at IO bases and airships.

As it turns out, The Imagined has no memory of her past and she’s actively trying to fight back The Imagined Order. Along with the Scientist, she trusts The Paradigm. The Imagined tricked Jonesy into giving her IO’s files that revealed more about her and her sister’s (The Order’s) past.

Fan theories suggest that The Imagined and The Order made the IO, but Geno and Dr. Slone betrayed them and wiped their memory. Agent Jonesy is the only person who knows this, and he traveled to the future and formed The Seven to defeat Geno. This explains why ‘The Seven’ exists even when none of the members have worked together previously. The Origin is an equally interesting character. His song revealed that he used to work with the Cube Queen but later realized that destroying realities isn’t the solution to anything.

During the Origin challenges week 7 and week 8 we found out something big is about happen and the Origin ordered the loopers to get the scientist.

What kind of trouble this possibly might be? Is It possible we could witness The Seven and The Imagined Order go all out in the closing moments of the season? For now, let’s see where the battle for Tilted Towers will lead the narrative for Season 2. As of now, players should be aware that the Imagined Order has a massive army that includes agents like Gunnar and Dr. Slone. At the outset of Chapter 3, The Foundation started assembling an army too and we witnessed the return of The Scientist and The Origin. In Season 2, The Imagined and The Order (The Sisters) have returned as well.

Loopers can expect a grand live event at the end of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 where members of The Seven will take on IO’s Doomsday machine. We might as well see Geno, who is allegedly the real boss of the Imagined Order. According to HYPEX the last stage of the map update may contain a Dooms Day Machine.

What awaits us in Fortnite Season 3!?

Based on the information we have received there could be Star Wars content in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, it’s pointing towards Darth Vader, suggesting that the Dark Lord of the Sith himself, the fallen Anakin Skywalker, could be coming to the island as both a boss battle and a wearable outfit/skin.

Disney often promotes its characters in Fortnite. We’ve had Spider-Man, Doctor StrangeThe Prowler, Moon Knight and Boba Fett in recent memory so an appearance from Vader certainly sounds plausible, especially when you consider that he’ll be popping up in the Obi-Wan Kenobi show on Disney Plus (which debuts on 27th May, a few days before the new Fortnite season). Another information we have received points towards another Disney-owned character that was originally created by Lucasfilm: according to this piece of speculation, Indiana Jones will be added to Fortnite in Season 3. This seems like a little bit more of a long shot, considering that Indiana Jones 5 isn’t expected in cinemas until June 30, 2023, but you never can be too sure with Fortnite.

And here’s one interesting information from an eagle-eyed fan noticed that, in a recent live stream about Epic’s Unreal Engine 5 technology, folders were seen on a screen referring to DOOM and Family Guy. Characters from those worlds have long been speculating to appear in Fortnite, and perhaps this will finally be the season when that happens.

As and when any of these speculation are confirmed or denied, we’ll be sure to update this page, especially if Epic Games come out with any official teases of what’s to come.
