Ooredoo Nation Registration for Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship Contender Series 1

Ooredoo Nation has opened up registrations for a new PUBG mobile event named Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship Contender Series 1.

The announcement was made through Ooredoo Nation on August 4 and has an online registration portal, which you can check out here.

Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship Contender Series 1 is the first PUBG qualifier tournament in a planned series.

With a grand prize pool of MVR 100,000, this might be the biggest PUGB tournament in the Maldives yet!

Ooredoo calls on those interested in taking part to register their teams and compete in the upcoming qualifier events. These will take place from August to October 2022.

The top three teams of each qualifier event will then go on to compete in the official qualifier event, scheduled for November 2022. 

The best seven teams from this clash will then move on to the grand finals, where they will battle for supremacy. This event will take place at the end of the year in November/December.

One thing to note is that any team wishing to register must pay a fee of MVR 150. They must also submit the final team list, along with a logo before August 15, 2022.

A prize pool of MVR 15,000 is allocated for the winning teams of Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship Contender Series 1, where:

  • Champion team will receive MVR 10,000
  • 2nd Place winner will receive MVR 3,000
  • 3rd Place winner will receive MVR 2,000
