In case this is your first time hearing about this, the Maldives Championship Contender Series is a PUBG Mobile tournament put together and hosted by Ooredoo Nation and E2S Gaming.
It involves many teams from across the Maldives taking part in several qualifier series of matches to earn their place at the grand finals, set to take place in November this year.
The total prize pool of the whole series amounts to a whopping MVR 100k, which might be one of the biggest prize pools yet.
If you wanted to watch some of the highlights from both days of the finals, you can watch day 1 here and day 2 here. You might also want to take a look at the Wall of Fame and the list of Sharpshooters.
The second series of qualifiers will be starting soon and you can watch it on the Ooredoo Nation twitch stream or the E2S YouTube channel.
We at Emmen Gaming offer our proud congratulations to the three teams that qualified for the grand finals and we wish the teams competing in Series 2 the very best of luck!
